Hamilton has produced some of the greatest hockey players to ever grace the ice, and you’re about to become one of them! Okay, maybe you’re not gonna be raising The Cup, but you will be raising a glass to your fellow Beer Leaguers after a great skate!

Hamilton is home to two of our programs: Beer League Hockey Practice, and Beer League Shinny.

Beer League Hockey Practice runs at two different times with groups split based on on skill level - this helps all skaters get the most out of their practice!

  • Beer League Hockey Practice

    Summer Season - Prorated

    Day: Thursdays (July 23-August 27)

    Time: 6:15pm OR 7:15pm - You will be assigned a group and practice time prior to the start of the season.

    Arena: Liuna 4 Ice Centre

    Number of weeks remaining: 6

    Price: $185 + HST (Goalies spots FULL)

  • BEER LEAGUE HOCKEY PRACTICE

    Fall Season 2026

    Day: Mondays (September 21-December 14)

    Time: 8:30pm OR 9:30pm -You will be assigned a group and practice time prior to the start of the season.

    Arena: Gateway Ice Centre

    Number of weeks: 12

    Price: $349 + HST (Goalies spots REGISTER HERE)
