Canadian Beer League is back this winter in Burlington with the Select Division only! The season will be kicking off on September 27th. Games will be on Sunday evenings at Mr. Lube & Tires Arena.

Our “Select” division will be better suited for those who score in the 70s on the CBL Player Rating Quiz. The House League division runs on Saturdays at Liuna 4 Ice Centre in Hamilton. Adjustments might be made after the first few games of the season. Players may be moved between divisions, and players may be moved between teams to ensure we’ve done our best to make the divisions appropriate, and the teams as even as can be reasonably expected. Please note that just because we have a “higher division” now, doesn’t mean that you can be crazy-lights-out-wicked-good at hockey and still fit in, okay? Someday we’ll get a “Rep” division or something like that, but until then we’re still a league for people who aren’t sad that they didn’t make the Olympic team ‘cause they were “so close”. If you’ve played at a high level or you’re scoring well into the 80s on the CBL Player Rating Quiz you’re not gonna be a good fit and you’re probably gonna be asked to find a new league.
